Notifications to recruiter with new applications in TEE

Is there a way to have a notification to the recruiter when a new application is received?

In TEE is there anyway to have a notification sent from the system when a new application is received on a requisition? If so is there a way to toggle this on or off for certain reqs?

For example, if we had a requisition which might attract a large number of applicants then we wouldn't need notifications but for a more niche req then this would be a useful feature.
