TEE / Fusion Integration: TCC or No TCC

I am interested in what other companies are doing around the lack of full integration between TEE (v15B) and Fusion (R11).  We have the OOTB integration. This creates issues since we have to manually populate data in reqs in Taleo and for new hires/internal moves in Fusion.  We would prefer full automation.  So we are currently evaluating TCC to facilitate this automation and to eliminate the manual data entry.  However, Oracle is telling us that improvements to the standard integration are coming.

I'm curious what companies are doing who have the OOTB integration are doing and require full automation.  Evaluating TCC or waiting for improvements to the OOTB integration?
