We went live with HCM fusion payroll, core, time, absence and ESS in January.   this year we will be doing  Taleo, onboarding, goals, performance, and succession.  We are looking for models of support and best practice. What does HR do? What does IT do?  What works best for majority of organizations.    I am interested  in  all support but especially  the upgrades, reporting, interfaces etc.
