Global Transfers in Workforce Compensation?

Hello,

I need some insight on how global transfers are handled during focal review in Fusion Workforce Compensation module. Currently, we have a few plans set up (i.e.: merit, equity, bonus, etc.) and each one has it's own hire date cut off for eligibility/participation. My understanding is when global transfers are done in Fusion, the employee's original assignment number will be terminate and then a new assignment number will be added with a new hire date.

Let's say in order to be eligible to receive a merit this year, employees must be hired on or before 5/31/2017. This employee was hired on 10/1/2009 but is a global transfer effective 6/1/2017. We run the process to open the merit plan on 6/30/17, How can we ensure that 1) this employee remains eligible and will show up on the compensation plan and 2) original assignment data is displayed instead of new assignment data (job title, grade, salary, etc.)?

Howdy, Stranger!
