Issue with Equations using varying other Analysis Look-ups

Hello,

I am just wondering if anyone else has had this same issue when looking up results from any other analytics?

so the query is such, I have a selection of 6 different "Count" Analysis that I need to pull into one analysis and then create varying equations from these answers.

the example that I have attached shows Terminated Employees within a year, but when I try and get the results into another analysis it either errors or gives me a result that is over 5* greater than the actual analysis I am looking at.

So I am trying to create a Turn Over report.   I have tried to use the Turn Over reports that are on customer connect but having either problems withe the "Period Date Headcount" showing vastly under actual Headcount or the reports are not user friendly enough for ourselves to throw in other SA's and equations.

Howdy, Stranger!
