Editing and Creating Warning Messages in a Performance Document

Hi,

I’m implementing the performance management process for a client and I have two questions:

  1. Does it possible to create a new warning message (Manage messages task) and add it at one Performance document step for exclusively one performance document?
  2. Does it possible to add a conditioned warning message or a condition under a standard message (already configured in the system) such that the warning message should appear exclusively if the manager makes the Submission of the Performance Document having more than 2 goals in the Goals Section (as the mandatory requirement is to have no more than 2 goals)?

Howdy, Stranger!
