Cloning the Employee, Review, or Reports Tabs

Summary

Can I clone any of these tabs so I can control what I show to a particular custom role?

For example, I would like to clone the "Employee" tab and omit the "Goals" and "Search Goals" options.

I would also like to clone the "Reports" tab and omit all tabs but "Employee" for a particular custom role.

Is this possible?
