 Hello -

We're implementing Taleo Enterprise Edition Recruiting as a Phase 1 and Transitions as a Phase 2.  We are integrated with Fusion HCM.  We are already live on Fusion HCM as we were a legacy Oracle EBS HCM customer in a coexistence model.

My questions have to do with the ex-employee applicant experience in Taleo and with any considerations when hiring them in Fusion HCM.

What's worked best for you with regard to Applicant Files/Flow, Career Sections, Candidate Records and how you manage this from an administrative aspect?  Are you using questions to identify ex-employee applicants?  Any major gotcha's to steer clear of?
