Interview Date Tracking in CSW?

Want to track interview dates in CSWContent
My team wants to be able to track three dates in our candidate selection workflow to report on 'Time To Schedule'.
1.The date the interview was requested To Be Scheduled by a recruiter.
2. The date it was scheduled by our Recruiting Coordinators.
3. The date of the actual interview.
We are able to track the first two items by Step/Status but is there another way to track the actual interview date without using a change in Step/Status? We currently just input the interview date in the notes when changing the status to Interview Scheduled but the notes field can't be reported on easily. Can I add a date selection box to this step for the interview date?
