Provide the ability to duplicate requisitons

Hello, I was asked to give our recruitment team the ability to clone "duplicate" from existing requisitions. Would I basically enable the "Can Create New Requisitions" box listed under the "Taleo Business Edition Recruit" section?  Would someone know if this would be the correct action or provide the correct action.
