We use Taleo Enterprise Edition with Onboarding/Transitions - which we are planning to implement/configure.

got all the standard oracle documents ( Onboarding Transisitons config guide r15b) , but would welcome any guidance  / tips from existing users who have set this up.

Looking for a best practice on order of adding relevant Tasks/transitions just to assist with getting started. so we can set up an initial end to end ( basic) process.
