Is Taleo Form can be sent as an attachment?

Hi Guys,

I have created a form on Taleo learn and workflow is also defined.

I want this completed form to be receipt by the HR team for documentation purpose.

HR team is not involving in the work flow, but the authorized officer must receive the form completed by the supervisor.

Need your expertise opinion here.
