We're starting our investigation into the new features of 15B.4 and we're not sure whether to deploy HCM for our HM's. We've been using Taleo for about 7 years and our Hiring Managers are used to the look and feel of Taleo when having to complete any tasks relative to their Candidates / New Hires.
Since the application has a totally different look and feel and the app needs to be downloaded and configured by the HM what kind of adoption rate have people been seeing for those who have already deployed the application?
