Absence Duration Function which can be called from Compensation Formula
Summary
Absence Duration FunctionContent
All,
I am trying to get the total duration of an Absence Type within a compensation formula for an Employee between a Start Date and an End Date. I have used ‘GET_ABSENCE_DAYS_PER_TYPE’ function; however, this includes non-working days for the Employee and I also read that it includes Withdrawn Absences (although I haven’t tested this in Release 11 yet). Is there a function which returns the actual duration of an absence type for an employee between two dates? P.S. My absence is not attached to an accrual.
Regards,
Karen Waddell
