User Person Type

Summary

User Person Type Common to many countries - any issue with Eligibility Profiles?

Content

Hi all,

We would like to distinguish between Fixed Term Employees and a peculiar category of Fixed Term Employees (let's call them Co.Co.Co.) at User Person Type Level (instead of at Assignment Level). The solution is to add a new value in the User Person Types (e.g. Fixed Term Employees - Co.Co.Co.).

However, considering that the project is global and the information is exclusively related to a specific country, we have to choose a more "international" label. Moreover, the client does not want to add "n" User Person Types according to the different local requirements and suggested us to use ONE UNIQUE User Person Type to be used by each country as "additional User Person Type" if needed.
