Required for sourcing

Hi,

I've set the 'Job Type' field to 'Required for sourcing' so the HM doesn't have to fill this in when creating a requisition.  Although when I save the requisition it still asks for this field to be completed even though it isn't on the form.  Does this sound like a bug?
