Our company would like to send welcome onboarding emails with onboarding activities to new employees; so I set up a Consolidated by Day email template.
However, I've run into a problem of when I want to send out these one of emails, where I select (from Employee Task Notification/Reminder) the "Send a maximum of one consolidated notification of all assigned activities" with my email template assigned. And select the employee and set up their onboarding activities, the email does not send (even when I wait a day).
But I've also had my reminder emails go out as the welcome email, because I've left my selection of "Send a maximum of one consolidated notification of all assigned activities" on overnight so my welcome email gets sent.
