Please let me know how to setup direct deposit/Bank account details through ESS.

Hi 

Could you please let me know how to setup direct deposit for non us countries for example Sweden/Singapore etc. Is there a specific setup required to make the direct deposit screen available based upon the legislative data group or country level?
