Hello. We have an interesting situation around our Taleo mobile career section application flow, the OFCCP Self ID Disability Form PDF, and an outside job posting partner. I'm hoping that other customers might have some experience or thoughts to share. This is a bit lengthy so please bear with me.
A short time ago we decided to launch the Taleo mobile career section application flow for the first time. Because the system allows for it with no issue, we decided to replicate the full flow of our desktop experience (as opposed to a limited flow). All pages included to match the experience. This was built in our Staging zone with a modified mobile branding file applied. All went well and we prepared to officially put this in place in Production. But...
