Hi,
We have come across a situation.
A user is tagged to a requisition as Hiring Manager for example. The user leaves the organization, their smartorg account gets deactivatedand their corporate email is masked, correspondence email address is left blank and their personal email is updated with their actual personal email address. But the user remains tagged to the requisition. After any action happens on the requisition, the user receives an email on their personal email address. Is there any way that this communication can be stopped without untagging the user from the requisition?
