Instance Attempt Answer_I would see only numeric values

Hello,

Scenario: I run the report on Instance Answers and I see a value in brackets for example (0.000 points) in the coulmn Instance Attempt Answer, as you can see in the picture attached; while for the text answers this situation doesn't occur, correctly. 

Question: I would know if it is possible to see within the column "Instance Attempt Answer" only numeric answers without have the values in brackets.

Can someone suggest me a way?
