Candidate Search Habits and Careers Website Set-ups
Summary
What did you do to help make your careers website external candidate friendly?Content
Hi everyone,
one of the problems I've come to acknowledge is that candidate's cannot search and won't search based on how your business is set up. It makes sense - candidates won't know that your fancy title of Recruiting Operations Specialist, is entry level, or that a Merchandiser has similar role responsibilities as a Merchandise Analyst, Merchandising Specialist, Planner, etc. Some job titles are in-house titles (Innovation Officer). Other times because of how your business organizations are set-up, tech Analysts might be towards the end of the search engine, when you want it to be at the front of your search engine
