Has anyone created a Facebook pixel to add to their career site for tracking? We were looking to see if we can track conversions from some of our Facebook ads we place for jobs. We created a pixel and just for testing I added it to the taleo completed section of the application flow in staging. It is picking up my test fires, but we were wondering how we really need to set it up to track from the facebook add to the apply, not just applies in general.
