Report working in R11 but union no longer working in R12

Hello

I have an analysis in R11 that we use to identify the % of staff who have a career statement in system, essentially it is those with a career statement divided by total population to bring through a % (we will be using it as an infolet).

Due to our technology setup we do not yet have core HR in HCM Cloud meaning we don't have headcount in OTBI, so I have a work around in place whereby I calculate a count of person number to equate to a headcount.
