ESS-WS failed to create metadata service handle

Summary

Couldn't submit request through ESS web service

Content

Hello community,
I'm developing a client to run processes through ESS web service after a workers batch load.

Every time I submit a request I get the following message:

oracle.as.scheduler.RuntimeServiceException: ESS-01028 Request submission or validation failed. oracle.as.scheduler.MetadataServiceException: ESS-00500 Failed to create metadata service handle.

but I couldn't find further information about it.

The processes I'm trying to call are:

  1. Synchronize Person Records
    • Name= PersonSynchronization
    • Package name= /oracle/apps/ess/hcm/person/search/ (also tried without the final '/')
    • Type= JOB_DEFINITION
    • Job Application Name= EarHcmEss

Howdy, Stranger!
