We have received and email from Oracle stating :-

"We have enhanced the Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) connectivity for the document exchange functionality. This enhancement reduces the time required to configure and test document exchanges using a self-service approach. It also replaces the requirement to open a Service Request with Oracle Support.

Your new IP address will be ****.xx.xx.xx/xx (redacted) which will take effect in June 2017.

In order to avoid any interruptions with your file transfers, we recommend that you follow the steps below.
