Need help inserting graphics in Requisition Form

We are trying to insert graphics ("help" button) into the Requisition Form, and it's not working...

Our organization follows a self-service model for hiring managers.  Because of this, we need links to helpful information/instructions for each section of the requisition form, to assist them through the requisition creation process.  Currently, we have simple words like "Help" inserted in the requisition form, but these are often overlooked because they don't stand out very well.

We'd like these to be buttons instead, but every time we insert graphics into the form, the layout goes all weird, and when you expand/contract the left and right panel, the graphics disappear completely!
