Release 11 Oracle Receivables Cloud

Recently we had a Business User raise an incident. The incident was that of the Entered Amount column not getting sorted on the Manage Transactions Page.

An error would be thrown when you try to sort the column (Ascending or Descending). Screenshot is attached.

The Business Impact here is that it makes it time-consuming to find chargebacks and POA’s. The user was unhappy because of this as well as the response we got from Oracle Support on the SR that we raised. The response from the SR was that this is a known issue (Bug 25651977) and the fix will only come in Release 13.
