ILT Enrollments : Nomination Requests from the supervisor

Hi,

I have been using the ILT functionality with "Require Supervisor" approval, and upon approval employee will be enrolled with the session.

BUT

There is a new scenario from the customer to obtain nominations from the supervisor without any approval requests from the subordinate. Is there any methodology of accommodating this requirement?

Session will be sent as a link through an email or it will be mapped to the page of all the supervisors. They can nominate their subordinates on it. Is this possible?
