Our IT department restricted access to the MOS from the functional team for the reason of preventing creation of SR. Thus, it creates an efficiency for the functional team in researching for technical solutions that are offered in the Knowledge Base and Oracle Support Community sites.
Does anyone know if the MOS has view access only to Knowledge Base and Oracle Support Community sites?
