Hello - I am reviewing our current employee referral process and how it can be optimized. Our current process does not follow the standard configuration for referrals. We use the Source Type field’s Other option. This enables our applicants to enter the name of the person that referred them to our company in a free text box on the application.

While I’m researching Taleo’s referral functionality, I wanted to see if anyone can provide information on what their company is doing for referrals? How is your company collecting the referral information and how are the referral bonuses being processed/paid out to the employees? In addition, if your company is not using the standard referral functionality, how do you handle data integrity issues?
