eShare Authentication changed

users are being requested to login

All:  Apparently a change was made today related to the authentication process for eShare.  We started receiving notices that users were being required to login when attempting to approve offers.  We have SSO enabled so our users do not login.  After opening a ticket with support, we found out that a security risk had been identified and the decision was to immediately disable unauthenticated access functionality for eshare.

There is a solution in the works to update the link to allow for SSO that does not create a security risk.

We've notified our users that if they are logged into Taleo and then click the approval button on the email, it will work - so at least there is a work around for now.

Howdy, Stranger!
