Hi

We are experiencing a vague scenario where we noticed that candidates list for a requisition when opened , the "message" column is showing inconsistent results and hence same is getting captured in OBI because of this unable to govern/monitor/verify on the correspondences sent to the candidates.

It looks like there is variance in how the system is labeling the correspondences sent:
1) sometimes it is just the name of the message template only
2) sometimes it is the name of the message template plus the subject line of the message template
