Request approval button not showed for new hires

Hi,

I created 2 new hires in Taleo Learn.

If one of these two colleagues tries to enroll to an ILT session, they do not get the "Request approval" button (from their supervisor) .

I've tried with my username for the same enrollment and I get this button -> I can request an approval.

Does anyone have an idea on how to make this button appear for my 2 new colleagues please ?

I think it's probably related to their profile but I'm not sure.
