Nested learning plans need to show sub plans complete once master plan is completed

Please join me in voting up this solution. There is a major problem in using nested learning plans and how they show the results in both the learning plan dynamic objects and widgets. It gets very confusing for users as they can complete the master learning plan, but any sub learning plans that are not complete or are just optional will continue to be shown to the user as if they have to complete those as well. This is a Bug that Oracle does not want to admit its a bug. Please help me help you and
