Talent Review Meeting - Performance Rating 'history'

Hello,

We are doing global Talent Reviews for the 2nd time and thus have history for the first time.  We also have Performance Review history for the first time since our implementation for that module last year.  Would like confirmation with regards to what Performance ratings I should expect to see when I create a new Talent Review meeting.  Let’s use an example…

TR Meeting 2016, an employee receives ‘Meets Expectations’ for their Performance rating calibration.  In 2016 Performance Management, they received ‘Exceeded Expectations’.  When I create a TR Meeting in 2017 with this employee in it, what Performance rating should I expect to see by default?  On our test POD, it appears to be ‘Meets Expectations’ (i.e. the 2016 TR calibrated rating).
