Goals not received in manager login

Hi,
Employees goals created and sent to manager.
Manager not received the goals and notification also.
I checked in Goals task :Administer goals->employee goals checked
Administergoals->pending goals checked.
I have checked BPM worklist also
There was able to see notification but inside notification there is no data to display
I attached word document also.
