Diagnostic Tool not populating (this was a previous post in the community)

Anyone have problems with the diagnostic tool not populating? The tool opens, but I see only the Save, Request Approval and Post headers, but no content underneath for any requisitions. Technical specs have been checked. Anyone else have this experience or suggestions?
