Matched Candidate Notification Improvement - Votes Solicitation

Hi All - In doing recent testing of the matched candidate functionality, I noted a improvement that could be made and have identified a couple of ideas below that address the very improvement. 

Here's what I found:  When matching candidates, if you want them to receive an invitation to apply to the requisition once matched, the requisition must be posted.  However, in the "select requisition to match that candidate" list, you see the req status of Sourcing or Approved, not the posting status.  If you select an unposted yet "sourcing" requisition, the candidate is not sent the email requesting them to provide more information (aka Apply to the req).
