To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Is there a way to have person who is cancelling a req/ putting a req on hold select a reason instead
Summary
Looking for a report friendly way of capturing reason for req being cancelled/ put on holdContent
When you cancel a req or put it on hold, it just asks the user for comments. Is there any way for us to require that the person who is cancelling the req choose from a selection list of reasons of why the req is being cancelled or put on hold. Similar to the reject/ decline qualifiers in the candidate selection workflow. The status of a canceled req becomes “Cancelled” with a status detail of “N/A.” I would expect the status detail to offer a reason why the req was cancelled.
