15B upgrade - Obligatory and facultative features

How to distinguish obligatory from facultative 15B features?

Hi,

We are currently planning the upgrade to 15B for Taleo. I am using attached document to lead this upgrade

We are not sure to understand, therefore, which of the proposed features are obligatory and which ones are facultative. For example, some of them are "automatically available". Would it mean that those are obligatory, and the other ones facultative?

Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
