Direct Reports view in Career Development

Hi All,

Is there anyone who can help me in identify how to make visible the direct reports (only) in Talent Team and Career Development pages?

As shown in the screenshots, the manager correctly visualizes his direct reports in the Organization Chart  (slide  (slide 1) and Performance (slide 2), but not in Talent Team (slide 3) and Career Development (slide 4) icons, where he visualizes the direct reports of his manager.

Any idea?
