Employees can access Taleo Recruiting Center

An employee in fusion has the Recruit link in Navigation bar and is able to access Taleo recruit which recruiter/hiring manager should access

Hi,

In our business, we have Taleo Fusion integration. Till date we didnt realize or thought about it from employee's perspective that he/she has the Recruit link placed in the navigation bar and on clicking, the employee navigates to recruiting center. Clicking on candidates gives the employee the access for viewing all the candidates etc.,

In Recruit, the employee has the user type "Employee" attached with these permissions mentioned above. While this can be restricted by modifying the user permissions in Taleo, i would like to know how Taleo Recruit link is available in "Navigation Bar" in Fusion for the employee. Can anybody help me hoe to get rid of the Taleo Recruit link for the role employee?
