Issues with HCM cloud app login using Single Sign On (SSO)


Our company is upgrading to Taleo 15B and testing HCM cloud application for hiring managers and recruiters. We are facing issues while logging in to mobile app using single sign on. It is working for few users but for others it has not been working at all (they are able to login to Taleo using SSO on desktop). It asks for authentication but after sometime it says authentication failed. 

Is anybody else facing the same issue with mobile application and is there any solution to it ?
