Directory -> Error message when clicking on Employment Details Tab

Hello,

 

If our users search for an employee in the Directory and click on their name they are presented with the new spotlight profile page in R12. 

 

If they click the second icon down, 'Employment Details' they are presented with the error message below. Unless the person wanting to view the page is the employee's line manager it is correct not to show these personal confidential details however it is not the most elegant of messages to the user.

 

After raising an SR we have been told this is expected behaviour and to raise a second SR if we want to raise an ER to suggest that this message should different i.e. "Only the line manager can view this page".
