How are Taleo TEE users collecting DD-214 form information from candidates while still keeping data secure?

The DD-214 has a lot of personal information on the form like SSN, Address, DOB, etc. How are Taleo users collecting this information from candidates while keeping the information secure. Some candidates are attaching these files on the delivered file attachments page but then this form can be seen by requisition owners where it really only needs to be viewed by our recruiting team. Any help or ideas on how to collect but keep this information secure would be helpful. We've discussed adding text to the file attachments page saying to black out personal information or to send the form
