Upgraded to 15B.6.2 - Bugs with Merging and Deleting Candidates

We recently upgraded to Taleo 15B.6.2 and an issue we encountered was a general error when trying to merge candidates. It is "sporadic" in nature in that when we tested this functionality in our stage zone, it did not occur on our test examples. When we moved to production, we immediately got feedback from our Recruiting department that they were getting a general error at times when merging - "The candidate files cannot be merged." The end result was that both profiles were still available and active in the zone but the Master had history on it indicating that it
