Hello,  I'm looking to remove the following TEXTFORMAT from a field in Taleo, but cannot find the right formula to replace the strings. 

There are two strings I need to remove from a single column:

1)  <TEXTFORMAT LEADING="2"><P ALIGN="LEFT"><FONT FACE="ArialUnicodeMS,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif" SIZE="11" COLOR="#0B333C" LETTERSPACING="0" KERNING="0">

2)  </FONT></P></TEXTFORMAT>
