Can we enable a "Change Req-specific status to..." at the candidate list view level?

Is it possible to enable a "Change Req-based status to..." button on a candidate list view or can it only be done on the candidates by requisition list view?  I would like to be able to reject applicants off of all of the different requisitions they have applied to at one time.
