Hello,
Do you have explanations about the "email this job posting to matching candidates" functionality (please find in attachment a screenshot that shows this functionality)
This functionality is available when you are in the "requisitions" menu (Posting and sourcing > career sections > modify).
What are the impact/effects if recruiters use this functionality ?
Besides, in brackets we have the number of applicants who are identified as "matching candidates" (for instance, 22 in my example attached).
How does the system find those matching candidates ?
